Describe a time you saw children behave badly in public
You should say
- Where it was
- What the children were doing
- How others reacted to it
- And explain how you felt about it
Well, I would like to talk about that time when I saw 2 boys showing awful behavior at an airport. I was traveling to London from Paris. I went there to take care of some official work.
As I said, I was at the airport and waiting to board the plane. Suddenly, I heard the sound of yelling. I turned around and saw kids were yelling at their parents. They shouted because they wanted to eat ice cream. However, their parents denied it because one of them had mild flu. They did not want him to go through any trouble while in the air. But the kids were pretty stubborn.
Everyone was aware that they are children, but most people were surprised. I guess both the kids were not more than 6 years. The impulsive behavior made the environment quite tense. I became upset about how that kids are careless. Moreover, they were not listening to their parents in a public place. Somehow the kids listened to their parents when a security individual intervenes to calm them down by tricking them. He said if you cause trouble for others, I will arrest you, little men.
Frankly speaking, I felt terrible. I am not sure whether parents are responsible for this or not. Sometimes it is the nature of kids to be impulsive. Therefore, parents need to be aware that how to handle such horrible behavior, especially in a public place. They should either talk with the children or take them to a child counselor. I believe manners and etiquette are essential to learning for every child, and parents must teach them.
