In this day and age, every brand-new township design should include public parks, shopping complexes, and sports amenities. Despite the potential downsides, I am more convinced that the benefits of this phenomenon are much weightier.
The project in the advancement of infrastructure patterns is deemed as a positive trend. These constructions are considered by many as opportunities for dwellers to build the organic community, meaning the locals to socialize each other and evolve into friendships. As a result, respect and harmony will enhance relations among the communities. For example, when public parks will be built by the township planners, it would give tremendous opportunities to get together to the citizens to interact with each other do activities in groups, which will promote a sense of community engagement. Besides, sports centres will become a place for people to mingle, meaning individuals meet up and share sports experience. It is undeniable that shopping centres empower connection, and in this way, they are awesome gatherings inside which individuals can blend and have encounters that could develop into friendships.
Furthermore, it is undoubtedly that these designated areas could ensure the level of convenience of people moving to new towns and build living standards for people. By developing sports centres, not only the young ones but also the elderly can do the physical workout, which would enhance their fitness level. Resultantly, a healthier society will emerge. A perfect example of this is a city of Cameroon, there is a strict law to construct sports facilities near residential areas, so the youngster can take benefits. Besides, shopping malls could also improve the physical and mental health of the people. By contrast, if these areas are lack of the aforementioned facilities, new towns will fail to attract residents to relocate in there.
In conclusion, launching public parks, shopping malls and sports centres are useful and necessary to build the foundation of the town.
