Sample Answer:

A person who taught me the most important lesson of my life

Basically, I have learnt a lot from others, especially from my elders, and teachers, however, today I would like to talk about my dad. He was a gentleman. I vividly remember his personality. He was tall, his eyes were grey. Professionally, he was a lawyer. Unfortunately, I lost him many years ago in an accident. During my childhood, I received many valuable lessons of life from my dad, and one of them was to speak the truth without any fear.

I got this lesson one fine evening when I was playing with my mates. During the game, one of my friends did cheating with me. His action made me quite furious. I took revenge and did the same, and won the game. Though I won the game somehow, I was feeling guilty deep inside. My dad knew about this, and he asked me a question. He said, “Hey kid, why you are not happy?” I replied and said, I did cheating with Vinny, he smiled and said go and tell him what you have done. I was confused about it that why he said that. However, I did the same as he advised.

After a while, I was feeling free and joyful. Honestly, It was a great lesson. If you speak lies, one day, you will feel the guilt. Therefore, always speak the truth to your loved ones.

Thank you!
