I think both have equal responsibilities.goveronment should impose higher taxes on sugar products. When these products become expensive then people will automatically avoid to buy this food..
Same as. People should control their own eating habits .they should add sugar in their daily diet according to their body requirements.I am completely agree with the given notion because parenting skills play a crucial role to reduce the crime in youngsters.
The main reason of my opinion is moral values because these values can only taught through parents.They can teach with better way if they have good in parenting skills.when parents become good in parenting skills then they can taught their children how they can be a good personality . When children will understand that what is good or bad then crime among them will also reduce.
Thanku..I disagree with the statement to great extend because in the modern era new kind of diseases oare occuring .we can not predict these and take precautions in advance.for example world pandemic covid 19 .this diseases demand a lot of search
More over there are many diseases which can be cure with vaccination . We can not escape from these with prevention.such measles, mumms,rubella.chiken pox.
However,we should take precautions where is possible because we can protect us by many infectious diseases .sach as dengue malaria.we can protect us from these by taking some measures
