You should say:

  • Who this person is?
  • When this happened?
  • What this person said for apologizing?
  • Explain how you felt about the apology?

You should speak about an incident when someone said sorry to you. This can be your known or unknown person. You need to share your experience that why this person has apologized to you, who was that person, what that person said when he/she accepted his/her mistake and how did you feel it.
